We handle euro payments for students in Finland. Once a payment is completed and sent to the invoicing company, any issues between the payer and that company fall outside our responsibility.
Merchants may issue full or partial refunds after a payment has been completed.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
Refunds may be limited by time-window or payment method restrictions.
Refunds may be delayed if the merchant’s account lacks sufficient funds.
